You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with complete packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Defective product: If your MyChillNeck™ Pro has a defect covered under the 2-year warranty, contact us with a photo/video of the issue — we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
