How cold does MyChillNeck™ Pro actually get?

The thermoelectric cooling plate delivers up to 15°C of instant cooling against your neck. Unlike a simple neck fan that just moves warm air around, MyChillNeck™ Pro actively lowers the surface temperature the moment you switch it on.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 24 hours of runtime from the built-in 4000mAh battery, depending on which of the 5 speed settings you use. It recharges over standard USB Type-C, so the same cable as your phone.

Is it comfortable to wear for a long time?

Yes. It's designed hands-free and bladeless, so nothing catches your hair, and the flexible band sits on your shoulders rather than pressing on your neck.

What colours are available?

What's in the box?

Where do you ship?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the service you choose. Orders over $70 ship free within the United States.

How long will delivery take?

Your order is processed within 48 business hours of payment. Delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days depending on your country. We ship directly from our manufacturing partner, which is how MyChillNeck™ Pro stays at this price instead of the $120+ comparable cooling devices cost in retail stores. Please order with this window in mind if you need it for a specific date.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it the whole way. If your tracking hasn't moved in over 7 days, email us and we'll chase it up for you.

Will I pay customs or import duties?

For orders outside the United States, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Is there a warranty?

Every MyChillNeck™ Pro comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date you receive it. If something goes wrong, send us a photo or short video of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. The product needs to come back unused and in its original packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
